● Deeded fractions are sold in minimum 28-day (4 week) fractions – same dates every year (see below)

● Once purchased, you are the owner of that particular fraction forever.

● Fractions come with their own deed and your name will appear on that deed

● You will own the fraction in perpetuity, it never expires

● The cost of fractions is based on 3 things:
o Location of the condo in the building (building A: full ocean view. B: partial C: city
o Season of the fraction: Prime (Nov-April) or High/Low (May-Oct)
o Size of the unit, one or two bedrooms, corner 2-bedrooms (“master”)

● 5% discount for cash deals (full amount paid within 30 days – min 30% down is required)

● Additional 10% discount available for purchase of additional fractions in “high/low” season

● HOA fee and amounts
o US$581 for a one bedroom
o US$882 for a two bedroom
o $1,068 for the two-bedroom master.
